We are delighted to announce the newest addition to our growing team! With experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, Nieema Alom joins MetaValue to lead Marketing Communications and support Projects Delivery.
Nieema brings an excellent track record of turning ideas into action. Having started her career with the Cabinet Office Fast Stream Graduate Development Scheme, Nieema went on to work in local government. At the London Borough of Newham, where she was Senior Parliamentary and Public Affairs Officer, she developed and delivered Newham’s inaugural lecture series “The Ideas Olympiad” aimed at improving access to cultural and intellectual opportunities in East London, among other campaigns. Nieema has also successfully led marketing teams across various membership and start-up organisations with responsibility for brand development, stakeholder management and implementation of creative projects.
Nieema also served as Trustee at the South London Community Music where she advised on roll-out of a programme aimed at providing free cultural experiences for young people in South London.
On joining the team, Nieema said, “having spent the last couple of years in start-ups, I’m really excited to be joining MetaValue at this exciting time of growth. The business is going from strength to strength, with expertise across a wide range of sectors, and I’m looking forward to supporting the team and our customers to develop, grow, and flourish.”
